If you had to say only one, who are the protagonists of the internet? In effect, the cats!! These estimation cards through the technique of planning poker are the best there is. Why? Because they have kittens?
The new and unique Planning Poker Cats are an essential tool to estimate easily and quickly with your agile team. They are based on the Fibonacci sequence and include 4 sets of cards (for 4 people) with the cards: 0, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 20, 40,?, ∞ and coffee.
With planning poker, your team can simultaneously assign history points and obtain a productive conversation through the simultaneous presentation of the cards (this forces the estimators to think independently).
How does planning poker work?
The team meets and selects the task or story that you want to estimate. Each member of the team chooses the card that they consider most appropriate and when everyone has chosen, they are shown simultaneously. One should avoid teaching the letter ahead of time or saying out loud the letter that will be drawn to avoid influencing others.
Previously the team must have decided what each of the values of the cards mean. One option for this is to select the smallest story and to publicly assign the value one and select the largest story and that publicly assign the highest value we have decided.
